Methamphetamine, also known as meth, batu, glass, and ice is a stimulant, meaning it causes a high level of activity and euphoria in the patient. It is one of the most addictive and dangerous drugs next to only heroin. Meth is usually is white or clear powder that can be melted into a clear liquid that's injected. It can be other colors but rarely is. It's usually snorted or smoked but can be taken through injections and rectally. Meth is an entirely man-made product and chemically based narcotic. Almost immediately after taking meth for the first time the user is confronted with intense aggression, convulsions, nausea, psychosis and in some cases seizure and ultimately death. Those who become addicted and continue to use meth will have problems such as severe brain damage, damage to many internal organs, malnutrition, tooth and gum decay, lesioned and scabbed skin from scratching, and a basically shredded ventricular system.
